I’m Heather, a BCBA and licensed special education teacher. I’m also a mom with a neurodivergent child, and I know all too well the struggles that can make everyday tasks feel impossible.

Over the last 10 years, I have watched (and experienced!) the gap between family needs and available support widen. Caregivers are drowning while they do their best to get kids the services they need. Waitlists for ABA can be years long, yet in-home support outside of ABA is practically non-existent. Children are struggling at school, but the adults don’t know how to navigate the IEP process or what to ask for.

I’m here to bridge that gap. My role is to listen first and guide second. Together, we’ll create concrete plans, monitor progress, and restore a sense of balance to your life.
